Over the last few months, I’ve had the pleasure to add Leonor Greyl products to my lifestyle. This Parisian clean beauty brand offers a variety of luxury treatment products for all hair types. With a commitment to environmental responsibility since 1968, Leonor Greyl chooses natural formulas and aims to keep preserving the Earth and the natural resources that it holds dear. I’m very excited to share with you my experience in adding these cruelty free hair care products to my daily regimen.

I’d like to first highlight my unboxing experience upon receiving these gifted Leonor Greyl hair care products. Each product came with a postcard, which outlined key benefits, how to use, and extra tips to achieve best results. All the Leonor Greyl products are completely free from SLS, Silicon, Parabens, and Coal Tar. I also love that they are safe for color-treated hair and never treated on animals.

All of the Leonor Greyl bottles and containers are made from PET, one of the 5 materials recycled by Eco Emballage. On top of that, Leonor Greyl sources its raw materials globally and its suppliers must guarantee the selection and traceability of materials with physico-chemical analysis. “The quality of the products we manufacture is a high priority,” says Caroline Greyl, President of the company.

Masque A L’Orchidee
I’ll admit: Before I discovered Leonor Greyl, I hardly took time to treat myself to a hair mask. But just as we mask our faces, it’s equally important to give our hair the same royal treatment. This nourishing mask is targeted specifically for dry, thick or frizzy hair. Packed with hair-strengthening wheat ceramides, shine-enhancing silk proteins and botanical oils, it can be used as both an everyday conditioner or as a weekly intensive treatment. I was more curious about the later due to my split ends from applying heat from my curling iron, so the instructions told me to apply the masque on the dry length and ends, then comb through and leave on for 20 minutes before shampooing. After doing this weekly for a month, I noticed my hair becoming more glossy and smooth.
Bain Traitant à la Propolis

I was especially excited about banishing dandruff with this gentle treatment shampoo. When I gently massaged it into my scalp, it produced a delicate lather to restore moisture. This shampoo contains bee propolis, the signature ingredient to help bring softness and hydration back to your strands! For best results, you wash twice: the 1st wash removes dandruff and impurities from the scalp; the 2nd wash (leave on 3 mins) treats the scalp.
Sérum de Soie Sublimateur
After treating my hair with a masque and gentle dandruff shampoo, I applied this luxurious styling leave-in serum to give some nourishment and protection to my damp hair. I noticed that after a few applications, my hair got significantly smoother and shinier, so this serum has easily become one of my favorite Leonor Greyl products. Refinery 29 named it as one of the best smelling hair products!

If that’s not enough reason for you to try it, this serum can also be used on dry hair. On days that my hair needs a quick touch-up, the silk proteins and vegetal oils make this serum my perfect detangler. I just throw it into my bag, and I’m ready to go to the gym without worry.

Baume Bois De Rose
I’m all for anything with a rose fragrance! This modeling and sculpting balm has a matte finish and non-greasy formula that nourishes and protects the hair from external damages. I think of this product as the hair version of sunscreen for my face. It’s best used on wet hair and applied to the roots to create a wavy effect on my mid-length hair.

Huile Secret de Beauté

Last but not least, this award-winning, natural fine oil helps to achieve soft and shiny hair. The hydrating properties protect your skin from premature aging. And the nourishing blend of natural oils are packed with essential fatty acids and vitamins E and A that benefit both the hair and body. I love the dual functionality: not only can I massage the oil into my skin, but I can apply it to the length and ends on dry or damp hair for ultimate nourishment.
Clean for the hair, clean for the planet
Overall, my hair feels smoother and silkier after using Leonor Greyl for a few months. I notice my split ends getting the love they deserve and my highlights being prolonged. The environmentally friendly formulas are absolutely natural and organic, and I know my hair got the nourishment it needed over the winter months.
Moving forward, I’m definitely using these cruelty-free, natural formulas not only in the winter time, but all year round. The clean beauty phenomenon is real, and I’m happy to be able to partner with Leonor Greyl Paris for this blog post and share with you the most luxurious hair products on the market. After all, you deserve the best!

I am finding more, and more how important it is to find the right products for my particular skin type.
Having silky, healthy and beautiful hair is not at all easy especially with the summer of sea, swimming pool, sun and wind. Thanks for your suggestions!
Wow! Sounds like something I also want to try. I love clean beauty and this is worth a try.

OMG! I totally need these. Over the past year, my hair just looks like straw…and I keep trying all types of things to try to get it back to normal and it does not. I don’t get it. I don’t drink (too much – maybe a glass of wine per week), I definitely don’t smoke…and I eat pretty healthy. I wonder if I can get them delivered now. Perfect timing to work on my hair.
I will have to check this out. I have very thick/coarse hair and am always looking for a great product to try. Thanks for sharing!
These products must be doing wonders because your hair looks so shiny and silky I would love to try them.
