This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pantene. All opinions are 100% mine.

Having curly hair is part of my signature look, but what you probably don’t know is that my hair is naturally straight. Achieving an effortless look requires a bit of time and a few good products, but it’s always totally worth it when it comes to looking and feeling your best!
In light of recent events, most of us are probably reflecting on and establishing a deeper connection to what fuels us: family, community, women’s empowerment, positive change, and love. So while we are all incorporating some self-care into our daily lives, I’d like to share with you my secret to carrying a little bounce in my life.

My usual hair-care routine consists of washing it once or twice a week and curling it with my favorite straightening tool. There are so many hair care products to choose from, but lately I’ve incorporated two of Pantene’s newest collections into my routine to achieve the healthiest and sleekest hair I’ve seen in a long time. Today, I’m happy to introduce the Pantene Nutrient Blends Collection AND the Pantene Waterless Collection which, when used together, require the least amount of effort in maintaining smooth and healthy hair for the whole week.
Washing and conditioning once a week

When it comes to my hair routine, I’m pretty low maintenance. All I require is full and healthy-looking hair. To me, an ideal shampoo and conditioner cleanses and hydrates dry strands, supports moisture levels, and nourishes the scalp. Since my lifestyle is not super active, I’ve grown accustomed to washing and conditioning no more than twice a week, but lately, I’ve adjusted this frequency to once a week after using the new Pantene Nutrient Blends Collection, specifically the Miracle Moisture Boost with Rose Water shampoo and conditioner. Due to its blend of pro vitamin B5, antioxidants, and rose water, the formula has left my hair with a silky-smooth and lightweight finish.

Inspired by cultures from all around the world and made with rose water from the petals and buds of rose gallica, the ingredients in the Miracle Moisture Boost with Rose Water are free of sulfates, parabens, dyes and mineral oils, and work perfectly on color treated hair. The shampoo lathers up very well, and has helped soothe my dry scalp while rinsing really well. With its creamy, luxurious texture, the conditioner detangles my hair and leaves it feeling nourished but not oily or weighed down. Overall, my hair feels stronger, more luscious, and more voluminous. If you’re interested in trying this Miracle Moisture Boost with Rose Water collection, click here!

Resetting without the rewet
Did you know that according to a recent study, 71% of women cannot keep great hair days in between washes? As I mentioned above, I’ve been able to reduce my frequency of shampooing and conditioning my hair to once a week, and having a product to help me refresh, reset, and restyle has been a game-changer!

Pantene’s Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist acts as both a styling spray and a moisturizing and lightweight leave-in conditioner. It’s super easy to use: 1) shake the can, 2) spritz in the mist 6-8 inches away from your hair for optimal coverage (sprays like an aerosol), and 3) brush or finger comb through.

The mist has a fresh exotic scent of coconut milk and peach, and the oils in the spray add enough moisture to tame flyaways and frizz. I love using the Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist to detangle my thick hair and give my dry ends some extra conditioning. I’ve also noticed that it’s been an easier process to curl my hair after using the mist, and that is probably due to the product being made with Pro-Vitamin B5, Omega-9, aloe, and jojoba oil. Get yourself a mist that not only smooths and conditions, but is free of sulfates and parabens.

Achieving effortless hair doesn’t have to be complicated. Don’t miss out on a great hair day because you deserve a pampered moment! Make the time for self-care and add both the Pantene’s Nutrients Blends and the Waterless Collections to keep your tresses looking fresh throughout the weeks.
Life can get in the way, but addressing your hair care needs makes a difference to your productivity and health mentally, physically, and spiritually. Improve your haircare by using the combo of the Miracle Moisture Boost with Rose Water shampoo and conditioner on your wash days AND the Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist on your non-wash days. You can also carry the mist with you to use throughout the day for a quick retouch. Give your hair the boost of silky smoothness it deserves. I’d love to hear your tips and tricks on how you prolong your wash and non-wash days while adding a nice wave to your look.

For a long time I wished, when I had long hair, to be able to have it with gentle waves like this … never having succeeded I cut them XD Ouch I had to discover this interesting line first!
I have had to wash my hair every day and it is very dried out. I would love to try the dry conditioner mist. Maybe I could stretch out my washings to every few days instead.
The dry conditioner mist is a game changer! Hope you get to grab it online, you can also shop my links directly embedded in the post for added convenience 🙂
These sound like great products! I am going to have to dig into how well they work for those of us with coloured hair, especially using semi-permanent dyes as my choice in hair products can make or break how long my colour lasts!
Looks like a great product for people who want a little bit of wave to their hair. It’s funny, I have naturally curly hair and always want it straighter. 🙂
Oh my goodness your hair looks absolutely lovely! You ALMOST make me wish I had long hair again. Almost 😉
I wish my hair would allow me to wear curls, but unfortunately it is so straight and hard to work with. I love curls like yours but it takes so long to achieve them and they don’t last for more than a day.
Your hair looks fabulous. They look really good especially for people with curly hair. Awesome post!!!!
Your hair looks great! I will have to look for this at the drugstore, I’ve always had good luck with Pantene.
I was eyeing this product the other day. It’s really nice to see a positive article written about it. This post will help with my decision to use it in the future.
Since everything has been going on I’ve been struggling to maintain my hair. So great post to remind us that maintenance is still important.
Your hair looks amazing! I will have to try the shampoo out. I have been looking for a good sulfate-free shampoo for my curls.
